ebajee Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ebajee platform (the "Platform"), including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, casino games, sports betting services, and promotional features, you ("the Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on ebajee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ebajee strictly prohibits access by persons under 21.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform and have not requested exclusion from ebajee.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ebajee account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

ebajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within 14 days of request may be suspended pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed and associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. ebajee will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team without delay.

4. Deposits

ebajee accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individuals — are not permitted. ebajee reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originated from the account holder's own payment instrument.

Deposits are normally credited to your ebajee account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposit fees: ebajee does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees; these are the responsibility of the Player.
• Failed transactions: ebajee is not liable for deposits that fail due to technical errors on the part of the payment provider. In such cases, please contact your mobile wallet provider first and then reach out to ebajee support if the issue persists.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make a deposit, and the destination account must be registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete will be placed on hold until verification requirements are satisfied.

ebajee targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the destination payment provider. In most cases, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are credited within minutes of ebajee's approval.

ebajee reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. During this review period, your withdrawal may be temporarily held without notification. If additional documentation is required, you will be contacted at the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ebajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

1. Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion's terms) before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn.
2. Game contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Exact contribution rates are stated per promotion.
3. Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
4. One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
5. Bonus abuse: ebajee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or exploitation of promotion conditions is detected.
6. Amendments: ebajee may amend, pause, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on ebajee are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

All casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are operated by third-party certified game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. ebajee is not responsible for errors in game software that originate from the game provider; such matters are governed by the provider's own certification and dispute processes.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.
• ebajee reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on events that were suspended at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, the round or bet will be settled based on the last confirmed server state. Interrupted rounds that cannot be resolved will be refunded.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet may apply. These are stated within individual game and market rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ebajee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Opening more than one account or facilitating the opening of accounts for third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ebajee staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

ebajee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools designed to help players manage their activity on the Platform. All tools described below are available free of charge directly within the account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a given period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen exclusion period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ebajee Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, images, software, and game content — is the property of ebajee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from ebajee. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ebajee, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorised access to your account by third parties where you have failed to safeguard your credentials;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

ebajee's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ebajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by publishing a notice on the Platform's homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Amended Terms become effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and ebajee in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from either party, both parties agree to attempt resolution through an independent mediation process before pursuing any other legal remedy.
